This is a non-judged show open to HAA members for displaying of crafts including: illustrated books, jewelry, pottery, leather work, fabric weaving, sculpture and other 3-dimensional works, photography and paintings including bin items, etc. All work must be original creations by the artist. No copies from magazines, books, online images, or photographs (other than photographs taken by the artist unless submitting artist has written permission from the copyright owner). No work done from kits will be accepted. Fee is $40.00 for up to 20 pieces*, a limit of five framed paintings per artist. All sold items, in-cluding framed paintings, may be replaced during the show. A 20 percent commission will be retained by the Huachuca Art Association. Each artist or their replacement must docent the show, sign up on day of delivery. This is a two-month show; artist may need to sit two to three times during this period.Presentation
All work must be presented in suitable condition for exhibiting: framed paintings must be wired for hanging, no saw tooth hangers, frames must be in clean, undamaged condition. The committee reserves the right to refuse any damaged items. If possible, please provide display for jewelry. All paintings framed and unframed must have artist name, address, phone number, title, medium and price on the back.
