More Updating of “Remembering 9/11” Show

Since we know where the "Remembering 9/11" Show will be (Cochise College), we need to update some of the rules:

1. The usual rules apply for some of the show: visual work (2D) should be framed and ready to hang, with screw eyes and wire on the back (no brackets). Submit jpgs with information regarding the Artist, Title, Medium, Size, and, if the work is for sale, Sale Price, by August 1, 2011, to Sharon Gilman. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF SPRAC to participate in this show. This is a non judgmental show of the expressions of a special time.
2. 3D work must weigh 50 lbs. or less and be free standing. Artist may supply a pedestal if one is needed. Submit jpgs as above for 2D work.
3. Journals, writings and poetry should be typewritten or in handwriting on one side of 8 1/2" x 11" paper and framed to hang on the wall. Use the above rules for visual art. Submit by August 1, 2011 as a “Word,” or “Pages” document to Sharon.
4. Plays may be submitted in manuscript form, typewritten please.
5. Music may be submitted on CD or DVD.
6. You should be prepared to leave your work on display through October, 2011.
